In the last Christmas party of the company, our Director of Human Resource surprised us with a deep reflection on the commitment.
these days I've been thinking about this concept, and I am very grateful to her that made me think about it. I had never thought the size of the word commitment. And after nearly a month to think about it ... I'm glad I had a great time thinking about commitment.

In the working world and I think that is a product of my reflections, that commitment can be found in environments where people can put their two cents, those environments where it is treated with respect, those environments where their ideas can reach a reality of business environments where space is respected management and freedom of a professional hit or miss, those environments where to a call by name, to create environments is a requirement ...
commitment is difficult to find work environment where what VLE is power and not the achievement, environments where there is no top-level security needed as job stability ... the fear of dismissal is contrary to the undertaking. That is the opposite to create (commitment) is to obey!
The commitment is to risk, is fighting for the cause. And the opposite is meet, period. It is obedience. The degree of belief in the value of people give the degree of security of its actions and the degree of freedom of action of these to do their job. When I thought I had completed my reflection on the commitment, a person of the company told me:

I just intensely motivated to find a dimension of commitment beyond that until now had found the emotional choice each of us to be bound to follow and accomplish something! ... Happiness, that was a largest word !!... A word that belongs next to the soul of the people and not of the mind.

totally agree, the pledge is a personal choice that emotional plus you much closer to happiness. Happiness does not arrive, requires effort, daily attitude, confidence, perseverance, kindness .... which often emanate from the commitment.
